Snowfall Lane sells printable paper craft kits as digital downloads. This page explains what information we collect when you visit our website or buy from us, and how we use it.

Payments and orders

Our checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details and processes them under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card number. From each order we receive your name, email address, country, the product you bought and the amount paid.

Analytics and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel and UTMify to understand which of our ads bring visitors and sales. These tools may set cookies and record events such as page views, clicks on the buy buttons, purchases and the campaign parameters in the link you used to reach us. Meta may use this information as described in its own data policy. You can limit this by blocking cookies in your browser or by changing your ad preferences on Facebook and Instagram.

How we use your information

We use your information to deliver your files, answer your questions, process refunds and measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for support, refunds and our legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, reply to your order confirmation email.

Children

Our kits are made to be enjoyed by families and classrooms, but purchases are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
